The story begins when she is hired to join the marketing team at Appello, a fashion startup where the former idol now works as a director. In the corporate world, the protagonist must navigate professional demands, pressure to deliver results and daily interactions with Kang Ha-gi, the company’s pragmatic CEO. Their time together at the office leads to friction but gradually develops into a professional partnership between the new employee and the executive.
