The Thai BL series “Class Crush Crisis” arrives in the Netflix catalog this Friday, July 24. Based on the work by author JittiRain, the production follows the adolescent growth, conflicts, and daily lives of high school students who become part of the male minority at a traditional school.
What is Class Crush Crisis about?
The story follows Leerit, a student with musical dreams who enrolls in a renowned, formerly all-girls school. Alongside his friend Indy, he is part of the first class to accept male students, facing the challenges of adapting as a minority in the school environment.
To cope with the culture shock and bring the boys closer, Leerit founds the “Get Used To It Club”, establishing an internal rule against romantic relationships between friends. At the same time, he clashes with Phutter, a serious young man who aspires to compete in the e-sports scene. The dynamic between the two changes completely when they are forced to share a room, leading them to share vulnerabilities and put the club’s rules to the test.
