The story follows Jin Xi, a singer who decides to pivot his career toward musical theater after receiving negative criticism for his initial acting performances. During auditions, he encounters Ning Jin, a renowned and demanding musical director he has crossed paths with before.
The director, who has an aversion to pop idols in theater, imposes rigorous training on the newcomer. While working on the production “The Song of Eternal Love,” Jin Xi must improve his acting skills while dealing with hostility from industry veterans and external pressures. As they work together to save the theater company from bankruptcy, the singer and the director grow closer and begin a relationship.
